Gudmirch began in 1987 as one brass kadhai and a handwritten menu in Sample Bazaar, Indore. Three generations later the recipes haven't changed: the jalebi is still piped by hand, the khoya still reduced over a slow flame, and the bhujia still seasoned by taste, not by timer.

How fresh is it when it arrives?

Mithai is made the day before it ships and namkeen within the week. Everything leaves our kitchen within 24 hours of packing, and most cities get it in 48 hours.

How long will it keep?

It's printed on every box: 7–15 days for milk sweets, 30–60 days for dry sweets and tins, and up to 90 days for sealed namkeen. Refrigerate milk sweets after day two.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, to 19,000+ pincodes. Delivery is free on orders above ₹999 and a flat ₹79 below that. Hot counter snacks are sold in store only.

Is everything vegetarian?

Everything is 100% vegetarian and egg-free. Several namkeen have no onion or garlic — message us on WhatsApp and we'll point you to the Jain-friendly picks.

Can you do wedding or office orders?
